1. Seul Choix Pointe Haunted Lighthouse Tour

Price: $10 per adult, $5 per child up to age 12
There are 2 tours. The non scary tour is from 6:00PM to 7:00PM and the scary tour is from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The Seul Choix Lighthouse, known as one of Michigan’s most haunted locations, offers an eerie experience during its annual Halloween Tour. The lighthouse, with its rich history dating back to the late 1800s, becomes the perfect setting for ghost stories and paranormal explorations. Visitors can take a guided tour through the lighthouse and learn about its hauntings, from strange noises to sightings of the infamous lighthouse keeper’s ghost. 2. Rusty Belle Farms Fall Festival
Location: 17080 29.5 Rd, Cooks, MI 49817
Dates: Saturdays and Sundays throughout October
Hours: Fridays 6PM until dark, Saturday and Sunday noon until dark.
Rusty Belle Farms is a great family destination during the fall season, offering a variety of activities for all ages. Their Fall Festival includes everything from hayrides and corn mazes to a petting zoo and pumpkin picking. It’s a perfect way to enjoy a day in the crisp autumn air, especially if you have young children. With beautiful fall foliage surrounding the farm, this festival provides picturesque settings for family photos and memories.

3. Ditmyer’s Redbarn Farm Pumpkin Party
Location: 2664 West 5 Mile Rd., Sault Set. Marie MI
Dates: October 5th and 6th and also October 12th and 13th from 10AM to 6PM
Ditmyer’s Redbarn Farm Pumpkin Party is a fall favorite for locals and visitors alike. This one-day event offers pumpkin-themed fun, from carving contests to pumpkin painting, farm grown pumpkins for sale, hay wagon rides, farm animals to see, sunflower field trail, face painting, corn sandbox, pumpkin bowling, pumpkin smashing, apple slingshot, pumpkin plinks, find the golden pumpkins, bounce houses, pumpkin ring toss and concession stand. Admission is $5, children under 5 are free. they will be doing ticket sales for all activities each ticket is $1, activities will range from 1 to 5 tickets. It’s a great way to kick off the Halloween season with a mix of fall fun and creative expression.

4. Oktoberfest in Curtis
Location: Curtis, MI
Dates: Saturday, September 28th 2024 on the hill behind the Tally Ho
Time: 12:00 PM to 6:00n PM
The Curtis Oktoberfest brings Bavarian culture to the Upper Peninsula with traditional German food, music, and activities. This event is held in the picturesque town of Curtis and features lively polka music, bratwurst, and of course, plenty of beer! Oktoberfest is a community favorite, offering a festive atmosphere for families and adults alike. It’s a great opportunity to experience a blend of fall festivities with cultural traditions.
